廖锦涛：学习罗德里进攻防守的深刻理解，国家队之路任重道远

12月11日讯 在广州队本赛季的表现中，廖锦涛以全年首发次数和出场时间两项数据位居球队第一。此外，他还贡献了4个进球和2次助攻。近日，这位24岁的年轻球员接受了《足球报》的专访，回顾了自己在比赛中的成长与团队的成功。

关于成长经历

作为几名广东本土球员之一，我是潮汕人，在深圳长大。我从小参加学校的足球训练班，当时只是跟着比我大的哥哥们踢球，并不理解职业足球，只知道踢得开心。后来我转到东莞，再进入恒大足校进行专业培训，最终加入广州一线队走上职业道路。

适应能力的发展

我是家中最小的孩子，从很小就开始寄宿生活，因此我的适应能力相对较强，可以迅速融入新环境。不过随着年龄增长，我发现自己的适应力有所下降，需要进一步改善。

球队质变分析

相比去年全华班保级，今年我们将冲超悬念延续至最后一轮。这主要归功于三名外援带来的实力提升，以及经过去年的磨练后，我们获得了宝贵经验，使大家在心态和能力上更加成熟，自信也随之增强，因为自信才能更好地展现我们的水平。

保持竞技状态的方法

I觉得要维持稳定竞争状态，关键是在每天训练中百分百投入。良好的训练状况直接影响到比赛表现。在这方面，全队成员都非常拼搏，而教练也激励年轻选手追赶我们，以此形成积极氛围。

个人进步与目标设定

• This season, I scored 4 goals, which is a significant increase from last year's performance. My特殊位置使我有更多机会参与攻击。今年初给自己设立2个进球、2次助攻为目标，现在看来已经超过预期完成任务感到满意.
• The most难忘goal this season was the远射that helped us draw against云南玉昆; it felt great to see that shot go in beautifully.

1. This season has seen Guangzhou team not shy away when facing strong opponents and we've shown resilience by coming back after falling behind in several matches. However, if I had to pick one memorable match, it would be our first game against Dalian Yingbo where playing on such a professional stage made me feel excited and focused—almost like performing on a grand theater!
2. A new generation of young talents have emerged within our squad: Zhang Zhixiong, Bai Yutao, Wu Zitong among others who debuted professionally at an average age of just 20. As their senior player,I hope they maintain momentum while also encouraging even more youth players into professional football for stronger competition overall!
